Mobile App Launch
Make your next mobile release repeatable.
Get your developer setup, signing, testing, and store submission workflow working together. Build a release process you can use again.
A good fit for
Who’s this for?
Mobile developers and small product teams preparing an app for distribution or replacing a manual release process.
Before we start
An existing application or the supplied reference project, plus basic mobile development and Git knowledge. Account access and permissions are checked before delivery. iOS attendees need suitable Mac/Xcode access.
The programme
Build the skill, step by step.
4 three-hour sessions over 1 week remotely. The session-by-session outline below shows what we cover.
Session 1Get the developer setup ready
Prepare tooling, accounts, devices, application identifiers, signing, and credentials for the selected mobile platform.
Session 2Prepare the store submission
Work through App Store Connect/TestFlight or Google Play Console/internal testing, metadata, screenshots, and submission requirements.
Session 3Automate the release
Use fastlane and GitHub Actions for builds, tests, versioning, and beta distribution. Handle release credentials deliberately.
Session 4Rehearse launch day
Run smoke tests and release checks, plan crash monitoring and staged rollout where supported, and practise the hotfix procedure.
